David Aaronson joined O’Melveny & Myers as a partner in its energy industry group in Houston, the firm announced Wednesday.
Aaronson’s practice focuses on the upstream and midstream oil and gas sectors, advising owners, operators, corporations, and investors, the firm said. He guides clients through mergers and acquisition deals, joint ventures, commercial transactions, financings, private equity and venture capital investments, project development, and oil and gas securitizations.
He joins from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.
