Olympic Ticket Seller Defeats Suit From Buyers Seeking Refunds

Jet Set Sports LLC, which does business as CoSport as the exclusive US seller of Olympics tickets for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, defeated — for now — a suit from buyers seeking a full refund after Japan banned international spectators.

Cosport offered customers who had purchased ticket and travel packages a 75% refund or full credit for future Olympic Games.
