Olo Inc. shareholders suing the company for alleged misrepresentations about the number of restaurant locations using its software may proceed on behalf of an investor class.
Judge Jed Rakoff’s class certification order in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York on Dec. 1 came the day after his opinion rejecting additional allegations in the suit.
