Older, Female Ex-FBI Deputy General Counsel Gets Job Bias Trial

Former FBI general counsel James Baker allegedly harbored bias against older women that may have driven decisions to eliminate a female deputy general counsel’s position and demote her from the senior executive service ranks, a D.C. federal judge ruled.
