Older Ex-HP Workers Get Class Certification in Age Bias Suit

A group of 40-and-older workers suing HP Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Inc. for allegedly casting them aside for younger employees in a workforce refreshing pushed by former top executive Meg Whitman can pursue the suit as a collective action, the Northern District of California ruled.
