Ohio State University must review and turn over thousands of pages of documents related to Perkins Coie LLP’s investigation of sex abuse allegations involving athletic department doctor Richard Strauss.
The order Wednesday from Judge Michael H. Watson and Magistrate Judge Elizabeth A. Preston Deavers is a win for the plaintiffs in their discovery fight to force Ohio State to produce the documents, which the university argued would be overly burdensome to sort through in order to protect privileged information.
