Ohio State Must Omit Pro-Palestine Activist’s Expulsion Records

A pro-Palestinian student activist and social media influencer who was disenrolled from Ohio State University garnered a preliminary injunction Wednesday, expunging his expulsion records from his transcripts.

Guy Christensen is likely to succeed on the merits of his claims that Ohio State violated both his First and 14th Amendment rights when it disenrolled him in response to his controversial TikTok videos about the Israel-Hamas conflict, Judge Edmund A. Sargus said, granting the injunction.
