Ohio Nursing Operators Fail to Get Nurse’s Wage Suit Dismissed

Two owners and operators of rehabilitation and nursing centers in Ohio failed to convince a federal judge that a nurse’s suit alleging wage violations should be dismissed.

Northwood Healthcare Group LLC and Garden Healthcare Group LLC argued that nurse Donna Gifford failed to state a claim because she didn’t offer facts showing that they employed her or other direct care workers.
