The mother of a star Ohio high school football player sued a state athletic association Wednesday, saying its ban on high school athletes using their name, image, and likeness to endorse and use on products is unconstitutional.
The Ohio High School Athletic Association, in response, said the lawsuit may force an earlier-than-planned vote on the issue.
