Ohio High Court Orders Changes to Abortion Ballot Language (1)

A divided Ohio Supreme Court on Tuesday told the Ohio Ballot Board that it must change some of the language voters see when they choose this fall whether to enshrine reproductive rights in the state’s constitution, but stopped short of ordering most of the changes requested by abortion advocates.
