Ohio Gun Law Survives After Rahimi, State Appeals Court Rules

An Ohio law that bars adults with violent juvenile delinquency adjudications in their past from possessing firearms doesn’t run afoul of the Second Amendment, a state appeals court ruled Thursday.

The law, known as having weapons while under disability, survives when analyzing it under the US Supreme Court’s June decision in USA v. Rahimi, the Ohio Court of Appeals, Eighth District ruled.
