An Ohio-based engineering company that specializes in underground utilities says a Georgia-based company that also offers engineering and project management services has caused confusion by using its trademarks, according to a new complaint.
Ground Penetrating Radar Systems LLC filed the complaint against GPRS Holdings LLC and Ground Penetrating Radar Services LLC on Monday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
