US Rep. Max Miller (R-Ohio) resolved the libel lawsuit he filed against a fellow staffer from former President Donald Trump’s White House after she accused him of physical abuse while the two were in a relationship.
Miller and former White House Press Secretary and Communications Director Stephanie Grisham were set to go to trial Sept. 25 in Cuyahoga County, home of Cleveland. However, a Common Pleas Court judge dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice Wednesday.
