Ogletree Deakins won’t face an attorney’s claims that it conspired to violate his medical-privacy rights in a employment bias lawsuit and that it provoked the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the US Capitol.

Amos Jones failed to state a plausible claim under the 1871 civil rights law his suit cited, the US District for the District of Columbia said.
