Obama’s Library Proceeds Despite Park Group’s Repeat Objections

The planned construction of the Obama Presidential Library on Chicago’s south side can proceed after the Seventh Circuit affirmed Friday the denial of a request for a preliminary injunction by a group working to keep the city’s park land open to the public.
