Uber Technologies Inc. drivers who allege improper pay deductions should get to collect more information before a district judge decides if an arbitration exemption applies, the Second Circuit said Tuesday, overturning an order booting the case from court.
The lower court ruled that the New York City-area drivers don’t qualify for the Federal Arbitration Act’s exemption for transportation workers.
