A small class of New York City steakhouse workers secured a judgment of more than a quarter of a million dollars for unpaid minimum and overtime wages Thursday.
Each of the 32 class members will receive awards ranging from $64 to $54,149, totaling $251,269, from the Midtown Manhattan-based 212 Steakhouse Inc. and owner Nikolay Volper, according to a judgment by Judge Jennifer L.
