NYC Legal Aid Union to Face Labor Claims in Discipline Row

A Manhattan federal judge declined to dismiss claims that the union representing New York City-area legal aid attorneys violated the law by taking disciplinary action against members who spoke out against a resolution they viewed as antisemitic.
