The New York Taxi and Limousine Commission failed to convince a federal court to nix damages awarded to a group of cab drivers who challenged their license suspensions.
The drivers’ testimonies about wages they lost during unlawful suspensions were sufficient evidence for jurors to find in their favor, the US District Court for the Southern District of New York said Friday.
