New York Yankees third baseman Josh Donaldson filed a suit in federal court in Connecticut seeking more than $220,000 from his former landlord, alleging he was leased a moldy house in Greenwich for the 2022 season.
Donaldson alleges he leased the house April 1 for $55,000 per month to live in with his six-month-pregnant partner, Briana Miller, and their 17-month-old daughter.
