NY Public Radio Must Face Black Ex-Host’s Bias, Reprisal Claims

New York Public Radio mostly failed in its bid to dismiss a lawsuit by the former local host of All Things Considered, who says she was denied promotion, paid unequally, and otherwise mistreated because she’s Black and complained about discrimination.
