Tiffany (NJ) LLC and a New York jeweler have reached a confidential settlement in a case stemming from the alleged sale of counterfeit brooches.
Tiffany filed a notice of voluntary dismissal with prejudice of its trademark infringement suit against Nally Jewels Inc. and its owners on Thursday. Counsel for Tiffany declined to comment. Counsel for Nally didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
