NY Firm Told to Stop Soliciting Uber Drivers for Settlement (1)

New York City-based law firm Held & Hines LLP must immediately stop soliciting and charging Uber Technologies Inc. and Lyft Inc. drivers a fee to receive a share of $328 million the companies agreed to pay New York drivers in settlement funds last November as part of a backpay dispute.
