NXIVM Sex Cult Member Fails in Suit to Get Medical License Back

A doctor who participated in a sex cult’s ritual branding of its members isn’t entitled to have her medical license restored after having been found to have engaged in professional misconduct.

Substantial evidence supported a medical conduct hearing committee’s conclusion that the branding was sufficiently related to the practice of medicine to sustain the charges against Danielle Roberts, the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department said.
