Nvidia Corp. fails to remove tracking cookies from its website even when visitors indicate through a consent banner that they don’t want the code on their browser, a proposed class action alleges.

“Even after users elect to ‘Decline All’ cookies in the Cookie Settings window,” the tech company still activates trackers from Meta Platforms, ByteDance, Adobe, Salesforce Inc, and social media platform X, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California at San Jose.
