Nursing Home Must Face Suit Over Patient Death Caused by Falls

Apollo Healthcare at Willowbrook LLC and four doctors must face a lawsuit over a patient who suffered several falls that ultimately led to her death, after a Texas appeals court said Thursday that an amended expert report adequately linked the falls to the injuries she suffered.
