NTT Data Services Loses Challenge to Award of HHS Contract

NTT Data Services Federal Government LLC lost a challenge to the Department of Health and Human Services’ decision to award a contract for on-site software application hosting and monitoring services to the competing bidder, Digital Management LLC.

On March 6, 2023, HHS’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued a request for task order proposals. NTT, the incumbent contractor for the agency for the past six years, submitted a bid, as did DMI, which ultimately was awarded the contract.
