A former National Security Agency employee has been stopped for now from pursuing her claims that the agency discriminated against and forced her to quit her because she’s Black.
Krystle Ragin failed to state “plausible” Title VII claims that the NSA or co-defendant Secretary of War Pete Hegseth discriminated against her, fostered a hostile work environment, or retaliated against her based on her race, said Judge Matthew J. Maddox of the US District Court for the District of Maryland in a Monday opinion. He dismissed her claims with the ability to refile the case.
