Oncology company NovoCure Ltd.misled investors by withholding information about clinical results of a new treatment, according to a newly filed class action.
The company omitted critical contextual information about how well its Tumor Treating Fields treatment worked compared to conventional treatments, according to a complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
