Novo Nordisk Beats EEOC Age Bias Suit Over Lateral Job Transfer

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission failed with a lawsuit alleging Novo Nordisk Inc. violated age bias law when it denied a transfer to a 62-year-old obesity care specialist who had a 50-mile commute to her Phoenix territory.
