A New Jersey trial court has dismissed corruption charges against Democratic Party powerbroker George Norcross and several co-defendants, including a former Camden mayor.
Superior Court Judge Peter E. Warshaw’s 100-page order dismantles a sweeping indictment tying Norcross, his brother Philip Norcross, and four others to an alleged conspiracy to create and steer hundreds of millions of dollars in tax credits to friends in order to increase their profits.
