A baking company specializing in sugarless desserts alleges a competing treat company has unlawfully copied its name, “No Sugar Momma.”
The Illinois-based No Sugar Momma is suing a Michigan-based company with the same name for trademark infringement, in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, according to a complaint filed Jan. 26.
