No Class Status in Suit Over Baby Brezza Formula Machines

A father alleging Baby Brezza Enterprises LLC deceptively touted formula mixing machines lost his bid for class status, as a New York federal said his complaint doesn’t adequately allege that certification requirements can be met.

And the kinds of claims he made aren’t typically appropriate for resolution on a class basis anyway, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York said Thursday, striking the class allegations.
