NJ Pregnancy Center Renews Subpoena Fight Post SCOTUS Ruling (1)

A New Jersey crisis pregnancy center is calling on a federal judge to shut down a state investigation of its donor messaging, after the US Supreme Court ruled that the center’s lawsuit could proceed.

First Choice Women’s Resource Centers, Inc. filed an amended complaint and motion for preliminary injunction Monday. They’re requesting the US District Court for the District of New Jersey block a subpoena from the New Jersey Attorney General that demands information about donors so the state can pursue a potential fraud investigation into the Morristown organization.
