NJ Crisis Pregnancy Center’s Federal Lawsuit Gets Second Chance

An anti-abortion center’s lawsuit concerning a subpoena issued in connection with a New Jersey civil fraud investigation should go back to federal district court because the issue is now ripe, a federal appeals panel said Tuesday.

First Choice Women’s Resource Centers Inc. will be able to challenge a subpoena issued in connection with a civil fraud investigation by New Jersey Attorney General Matthew D.
