NJ Court Refuses to Pause Beasley Allen J&J Talc Ouster (2)

A New Jersey appeals court has refused to pause its order disqualifying Beasley Allen from lawsuits against Johnson & Johnson, adding pressure to the plaintiff-side leader in the national talc-based products ovarian cancer multidistrict litigation.

“To have Beasley Allen litigate cases in our trial courts when they have been disqualified would not be in the interest of justice,” Superior Court Appellate Division Judge Mark K. Chase said in an order filed Friday.
