NJ Casino Union’s Suit Challenging Indoor Smoking Law Revived

Thousands of unionized casino workers are getting another chance to prove to a New Jersey court that casino profits don’t trump worker health in a fight over a state indoor smoking ban exception.

The state appeals court’s published decision Monday revived the United Auto Workers’ suit against the governor’s office, setting the stage for a likely brawl at the state high court.
