New Jersey gun owners won an early victory Tuesday in their Second Amendment challenge to a state ban on carrying firearms in sensitive places after a federal court granted in part their motion for a preliminary injunction against enforcing the law.
The new legislation, which was already placed under a temporary restraining order by the court in January, prohibits concealed carry in “sensitive places” such as libraries, museums, restaurants, bars, and more.
