Ninth Circuit Judges Consider Narrowing LA Police Force Order

A panel of Ninth Circuit judges was critical again during oral arguments of the breadth of a district judge’s block on federal agents threatening journalists, legal observers, and peaceful protesters.

The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit judges in December agreed to pause as the appeal proceeds parts of US District Judge Hernan Vera’s order, which blocked federal agents from firing crowd control weapons at people who don’t imminently threaten officers.
