Ninth Circuit Ends Ex-Lizzo Tour Worker Claims, But Case Goes On

The Ninth Circuit has dismissed the job discrimination claims of a former tour worker for the singer Lizzo, but the district court case continues because of a judicial error.

Attorneys for appellant Asha Daniels and appellee Lizzo’s touring company, Big Grrrl Big Touring Inc., stipulated to the dismissal on Jan. 15 and Jan. 17, prompting the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit’s Wednesday dismissal order.
