NFL Agent Faces Revived $2.1 Million Suit Over Golladay Signing

NFL agent Todd France will again face claims that he poached New York Giants wide receiver Kenny Golladay from his then-agent, after the Third Circuit on Tuesday found an arbitration ruling in his favor was procured by fraud.

“On the record before us, it is plain that France both lied under oath and withheld important information demanded in discovery,” the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit said, in an opinion written by Judge Kent A. Jordan.
