Nextgen Healthcare Inc.'s agreement to pay almost $19.4 million to settle a data breach class suit filed on behalf of over a million people received final approval from a federal court.
The settlement over the 2023 data breach will reimburse people for lost time and out of pocket expenses, and the class members will be eligible for three years of identity defense services, according to the motion for final approval filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
