A Nextdoor Holdings Inc. investor who sued the leadership behind the social network’s blank-check merger, including billionaire Vinod Khosla, is dropping the case after a related class action was dismissed.
The derivative suit’s voluntary dismissal is appropriate following Judge Edward J. Davila’s decision to toss the proposed class action, shareholder Chenyu Wang and the defendants said in a court filing Tuesday. Davila, of the US District Court for the Northern District of California, has overseen Wang’s suit on behalf of the company as well.
