New York-Presbyterian Worker Advances Covid-Shot Religion Suit

New York-Presbyterian Hospital’s former pharmacy purchasing manager can pursue claims he was denied a remote-work arrangement as an accommodation for his religious objection to receiving Covid-19 vaccination, a federal judge ruled.

The decision turned in part on whether accommodating the employee would have imposed an undue hardship on the hospital’s business.
