New York City Tour Bus Companies Defeat Rival’s Antitrust Claims

Several of New York City’s top “hop on, hop off” tour bus companies won the dismissal of a rival’s suit alleging that they violated antitrust laws by restricting its access to tourist attractions in the city.

Go New York Tours Inc. alleged several competitors and related companies violated federal and state antitrust laws by shielding their “multi-attraction” passes from competition through a joint agreement to pressure the city’s most popular sites into excluding Go New York.
