A law firm with offices in New Jersey is free of legal malpractice and negligence claims stemming from work over a deregistered aircraft, after a state appeals court held Monday that no attorney-client relationship existed.
Curcio Mirzaian Sirot LLC and its attorney Aristotle G. Mirzaian were retained by Gloria Asuelimhense, the estranged wife of plaintiff Uwa S. Amadasu, to represent her in the Federal Aviation Administration deregistration of a $4.6 million aircraft owned by Amadasu and Jet Leasing Support Services USA.
