A lawsuit claiming New Jersey violated retailers’ rights when the state aligned with federal standards for THC in hemp products has been dismissed.
KB Wildwood LLC, the owner of two hemp-based product stores, dismissed its complaint against New Jersey without prejudice. That voluntary move, which could allow the business to refile its case, was accepted on Wednesday by US District Court for the District of New Jersey Judge Zahid N. Quraishi.
