A New Jersey gymnastics coach sued the United States Center for SafeSport Inc., the organization that investigates claims of abuse in Olympic sports, challenging his three-month suspension for alleged emotional misconduct.

Roger Walker alleges SafeSport violated his due process rights in violation of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the US Constitution, according to the complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.
