A New Hampshire Supreme Court Associate Justice was indicted for two felonies and five misdemeanors over her alleged interference with a criminal investigation into her husband.
Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi was indicted Wednesday by a Merrimack County Grand Jury for attempting to influence scrutiny against Geno Marconi, who directed the New Hampshire Division of Ports and Harbors.
