Authentic Brands Group voluntarily dismissed its suit against New Balance Athletics Inc. alleging it infringed trademarks associated with its Vision Street Wear brand, according to a filing Thursday in the Southern District of New York.
The lawsuit, filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, was dismissed with prejudice, with each of the parties bearing its own costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees. Counsel for the parties didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
